Critics were asked to list up to five reissues in descending order,
with points as follows: 1: 2.0; 2: 1.6; 3: 1.4; 4: 1.2, 5: 1.0. Voters
were also allowed to submit unranked lists, where each album listed
received 1 point. The first bold number indicates total points; the
number in parentheses tallies ballots on which a CD appeared, which
was used as a tiebreaker.
